Other Woodworking Projects

This area of the site includes some projects I've done that don't seem to fit into any other categories.

Projects:

• Pattern Weights: simple weights for holding patterns down when doing sewing projects.
• Veneer Bookmarks: simple bookmarks.
• Crochet Hook: a simple hook for crochet.
• End-Grain Chopping Board: an end-grain chopping board made out of Cherry, Maple and Walnut.
• Inkle Loom: a simple loom for weaving bag straps etc.
• Peg Looms: a pair of peg looms (and peg boxes) for rug weaving.

I am a hobbyist metalworker and woodworker. I work as an electronic design engineer and spend most of my working days in front of a computer so I enjoy having the opportunity to use my hands and make things in my spare time. I particularly enjoy making tools as I can then use them on other projects. This website showcases some of the things I've made.
