Crochet Hook

This is a simple crochet hook I made when my other half commented that she couldn't work on a project as she didn't have the right size hook. It was made out of a strip of American Black Walnut, which I turned into a 12 mm dowel using my dowel plate and then turned down the end using my lathe (with the ways covered to keep the sawdust away as much as possible). The hook itself was formed with a hand saw and some hand files. It was finished with Danish Oil as that seemed an easy option.
