I seem to have found myself in a situation where I've got lots of questions to answer about how I'm going to do things: wedge position and size, whether to have holes or not, whether to have the thin infill pieces and now I'm also worrying about racking!

For a bit of light relief, I thought I'd have a go at making the first planing stop out of some 5 mm stainless steel flat bar.

I am a hobbyist metalworker and woodworker. I work as an electronic design engineer and spend most of my working days in front of a computer so I enjoy having the opportunity to use my hands and make things in my spare time. I particularly enjoy making tools as I can then use them on other projects. This website showcases some of the things I've made.
